What is the Buyer's Premium?
A Buyer's Premium of fifteen percent (15%) or nineteen and one-half percent (19.5%) of the hammer price will be added to the successful bid (varies by venue,
see item #2 in our Terms & Conditions). There is a minimum Buyer's Premium of $9.00 per lot.
Do I have to Pay Sales Tax?
Lots delivered in the States of Texas, (and California for coins) or any other state where the auction
is held, are subject to all applicable state and local taxes, unless appropriate permits are on file with
us.

How much will my shipping be?
Our shipping charges include shipping, handling and private carrier insurance. Shipping varies according the item type, quantity, and value (for insurance purposes).

If I win, how do I pay?
For fastest delivery upon receipt of funds, you should pay with a bank wire, cashiers check or bank money orders, or have previously arranged
credit with Heritage. Payments can be made via eCheck, although payments via personal or corporate checks may be held 5 days or more for the funds to clear prior to shipping. Payments with credit cards (Visa and Master Card only, up to $10,000 from non-dealers at our discretion) must be shipped to the billing address on the credit card for all new customers (some restrictions apply). If the address we have for you doesn't match the credit card address, the shipment will be held and you will be notified. Payments can be made by PayPal and Google Checkout (up to $10,000 from non-dealers at our discretion).

If I win, when will I receive my lots?
No Reserves on items estimated under $100.
